However I find one thing which is missing here, on Rockwell website there is an option of Chat window. And which is really very much convenient for Rockwell Engineers as they can chat with more than 1 person at a time, and good for users as we get someone right then to get our issue notified. However I am wondering if Siemens Support could come up with this idea of having caht window and where people can chat with the experts or Siemens REP, it would promote more users for using products as solution will be immediate. This is just a suggestion, I hope if people find it usefule, then request to moderator. Thanks Lalit
