How to make a constant calculation of the remaining length?

I went to the example with the counters because the value of 100,000 cannot be reached with analog counters. You remember: Integer (-32,768 to 32,767). Likewise, an analog input with a potentiometer can't be used.

But if you want two work with parallel with a input field of the display and a analog input with a potentiometer, then need you to switch with a input or a cursor key or softkey (or other) to select which input is the right.

But remember: this is also where the integer limit comes in. Maximum input value: 327. Example: 327 m 327 * 100 = 32,700 (still works). 328 * 100 = 32,800 and is limited to 32,767.
