i can use this program but now i have new problem

I have 2 cp341 with different order number

First  cp341 order number is : 1CH01-0AE0

Second cp341 order number is : 1CH02-0AE0

In this program I can use first cp341 but with second cp I have a lot of errors!

I don’t know what is the problem could you please help me?

 Hi,

 The Modbus Send/Rcv Blocks (FB7 and FB 8) are common for the CP 341's 1CH01 as well as 1CH02.

 So there should not be any problem with the Logic, which means the FB 50 can be used fo both CP341  cards without error.

 Please check the hardware errors.

When I use this program with CP341-1CH02  I have the error whit code:E052 on buffer without any send or receive

When I change the starting register number from 3900 to 3901 I have error with code: E062 and E6F on buffer with send and receive but all of the parameter in DB4 is 0.0

When I change starting number from 3901 to 3900 and change the number of register from 64 to 60 I have error code: E52 and 830 and one E68! On buffer with send and receive but  all of the parameter in DB4 is 0.0

Now What can I do? :(

I am so confuse :((( Help me please

 All the displayed errors are related to the Modbus Slave. The information about the error can be seen in  the slave device manual.

 Check the Attached document at the page numbers 65 & 66 for the information about the error codes. It  says clearly either check the slave device or See the manual of salve device.

 Hi,

I will go through the Slave manual and reply back to you.

The Pin details of the 15 Pin connector is,

     4  = Recv/Send Data (Data + / -) 

    11 = Recv/Send Data (Data + / -)

     8  = Ground

Connect the Slave Data +/ - and master Data +/- via the Terminal Block, so that you can interchange between 4 and 11 easily.

15 Pin connector PIN details is in the attachment.

 I hope there is no wiring problem in communication with the Slave device.

The Error code 0E52 represents 'Byte Under flow; Error,  which means  Amount of characters received from the slave is less then should have resulted from the byte counter of the reply message. This error has noting to do with the parameterising of the CP 341. This means the slave is not able to respond with the required number of data's requested by the Master (CP 341).

Reduce the number registered to be Read and test the communication. Try to put number of registers to be read as 2 and try.

Function code - 3, Starting Reg No - 3900 , No of Registers - 2.

but in CP341 by 1CH02 order number i must just use 4 and 11 pole in 15 pin connector!

The Send and Rcv blocks (FB 7 & FB 8) are the standard blocks from the Modbus Master library which cannot be edited by us.

Don't worry about the I 0.0, Q0.0 and M0.0 addresses used in the FB 7. This won't affect your program and the same addresses can used in other logics.
