S7-1200 using MD 720-3 gsm communication problem

Dear experts,

I am doing an application using S7-1200(6ES7-1AD30-0XB0) V2.2 PLC and MD 720-3 gsm modem and TIA portal V11.

The application is monitoring the status of pumps. Whenever any pump trips then the program should trigger a message and whenever the operator request the status the PLC should reply with the status of pumps and level of the tank.

I Have downloaded the sample program(CE-X25_StartupProject_V12) from the internet. I have made the settings as per the given instructions in the library description and sample program description manuals.

When I am monitoring COMM_DB the initialization is done, there is no error but the return_busy is always high . when im triggering any sms from the PLC im not getting any message on my GSM and also when I am sending request to the PLC I am not receiving it in PLC. Please advice.
