Logically, if you have problems with all panels, problem can't be probbaly with HW but SW, not updateted best firmware. You can check here on Forum how you can reset HMI with firmware upgrade. Update: little info still missing also, did you some download to panels? There is info which firmware version you download to HMI...

Jay. Posts: 1283 Rating: (105)	My suggestion is that, you can record video of the procedure you followed for recovering your panel and upload it in youtube and share the kinm here. Maybe the experts will get a better idea what you are doing and what you are not doing right? You should make sure you should record your ip settings and all other settings as mentioned in the recovery mode document. Thanks, Jay vahidjalalian Please help me for recovey tp700 comfort
