The panel "should" go to recover mode if it finds a USB stick with the correct .FWF file on it before it's resuming booting. Make sure you use a USB stick with FAT32 as a filesystem. (format) USB sticks of 32G/64G/128G should work,but to be sure, use USB stick of 8GB or less. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFplHjZPBDk how the recovery is showing up.

I am with the same problem. Load TIA.V11 Project to new panel & no boot. I hope solution. Thank you i have 10 panel that stuck at simatic hmi but siemens cant solution this big problem You have sent the panels to Siemens, and they can't fix them? Did you try to do a factory reset to the panels?

After about five minutes, there is a flashing white dash on a black screen. I tried to do the factory reset with Prosafe, but nothing to do, it can't communicate with any type of ethernet cable, I followed all the procedures, but nothing to do. I searched online with Tiaportal V15, via miniusb, I find the panel as an accessible node but it won't let me do anything. You can help me? thank you
