 My suggestion is that, you can record video of the procedure you followed for recovering your panel and upload it in youtube and share the kinm here. Maybe the experts will get a better idea what you are doing and what you are not doing right? You should make sure you should record your ip settings and all other settings as mentioned in the recovery mode document.

As you are not interested to provide us the neccessary information, go the simple way, where no further information are needed, and send the panels back to Siemens that they will be repaired.

When you received the panels back, make sure that you do not downgrade the panels from V14 or V15 directly to V11 FW. In that case do an intermediate stage and downgrade first to V13 and then to V11. Or other possibility, go with the time and upgrade your old project to V15.

 You have sent the panels to Siemens, and they can't fix them?

Did you try to do a factory reset to the panels?
