Problems during a FW update of an IOT2050

Something odd happened during the flash progress. I guess in this case the best would be to contact your local Siemens contact person / repair center and ask for an exchange of the device. Where are you located? Best regards!

Which Dediprog device can I purchase? Could you please advise me the model type / order number? p.s.: We had a conversation in PM about this issue, but I'm no longer able to login with my PKI card..
