I have an question regarding the wiring of 6ag1 134-4gd00-2ab0, haven't worked with et200 before. So, there is the IM151-8 as main controller and 3 IM151-3 distributed racks. All 4 of them has quite number of DI/DO modules. Now was addded one AI module at one of the distributed modules. The transmitter is connected, if to measure the mA in a loop of transmitter-module there is an 14mA, but no data on channel input. The 24V DC is present on channels. Channel Diagnostics are off. Can anyone advise any tips?

Planning on stopping the plant as hardware chabges reguire stopping the CPU. Install additional 5 AI modules. On first one turn on all diagnostics, connect different sensors to all channels. The thing is I am not sure about power supply requirements. There is an new Power module installed right befor AI module, searching would it be enough for 6 AI modules

The addition of 5 modules canceled. foun on documents the following: 

Pay attention to the following instructions when wiring unused channels:

● "Disable" unused input channels when setting parameters.

● A deactivated channel always returns the value 7FFFH.

● The cycle time remains unchanged with the standard module 4AI I 2WIRE.

So we deactveated all channels except first. Connected the resistor to 1 channel to be around 10mA. nothing. Turned on diagnostics, it shows wire break when disconnecting. The interesting part is, the deactivated channels does not show 32767, they all shows 0.
