mr_ovchinnikov Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hello, The OS and the working project are not loaded on the TP700 Comfort operator panel (6AV2 124-0GC01-0AX0). When the power is turned on, the panel displays the initial screen with the inscription "SIMATIC HMI", runs through several squares meaning the download, that's all. See the photo. The operating system does not load. The panel was working with a working project, stood on the site, worked for more than 2 years. With the panel no action was taken, the picture was lost, and no longer loaded. I tried to boot the OS via TIA Portal and through Simatic ProSave. I tried various interfaces MPI / Profibus DP, Ethernet, USB. When trying to find the panel, the messages "No accessible device found in selected network" and "Scan completed. 0 compatible device of 0 accessible devices found ". Tell me, what can I do? Select the option "Reset to factory settings", then you have to insert the MAC Address of panel. Reset to factory settings is not performed. Simatic ProSave tries to establish a connection, as a result, displays the message "Error during initialization of communication". See attachment. Everything was done in accordance with the document "Operating System Update with ProSave Operating System Update with ProSave", item 1.3 "Resetting the Operating System to the Factory Settings via Ethernet Connection". When a window appears with the message "Please boot the HMI device", I turned on the power of the operator panel. ProSave tries to establish a connection, then issues a message "Error during initialization of communication".

When you are using TIA Portal, go to portal view. Go to 'online access' -> ethernetcard of PC -> update accessible devices. When you are connected to PLC and or HMI, it should find the devices connected. Another possibiliy is to send panel to repair center. Best regards, Wizard
