using 400H CPU with UR1, UR2

The CPUs goes in sync, when I RUN both of them,and REDF turn off. When I test the redunduncy, it works fluently. But when I use the same components with two seperate racks of UR2, each CPU run seperately the program without problem, but the other CPU, when turned to RUN, goes to STOP and the REDF LED stay lit on both CPU, and the DP bus linked to that other CPU shows a SF on the its IM bus. I should note that in each instance, with UR2H or UR2, I have used in hardware configuration the appropriate racks, UR2H and UR2 respectively. One more note, both CPUs are 6ES7 414-4HM14-0AB0 v4.5.1. When I configured with UR2 and downloaded the hardware configuration, no warning has been given, but when I used UR2H and downloading, a warning stating that the offline (V4.5) and online (V4.5.1) firmware versions are differrent, has been given. I have updated my hardware catalog and I just were able to find V4.5 for the configuration and there was no upate for V4.5.1 ! I have red the other threads on this issue, and also the S400H manuals. All of them state that it is possible, but my test showed that it is not as straight as it looks first. So I need anactual configuration that has been tested, or be sure to be working. best regards, k.zonouzi ahmad

Maha Posts: 118 Rating: (4)	Hi Zonouzi, Which rack u configured in the HW configuration. you must configure UR2H rack even you are using 2 x UR2 racks. Please look in to this for more details /tf/WW/en/Posts/35666
