4 cpu s414 on S120, cannot connect on the driver by s7 online by ethernet cable

but not the S120, here you must use the Rack0 Slot2. - what did you mean?

I made hardware and NetPro download and again it doesn't connect, I took some pictures again of how is my configuration.

Dear Christop.

I understand, attached a picture of my s120 project from my hardware configuration.

To you understand, I am configuring just the drives in this site, so I have a backup of the configurations separated of hardware configuration so in this case I can choose the rack and the slot, but when I open the hardware configuration and click on sinamics s120 e click em commissioning the scout open like the attached pictures and I cannot change the rack and slot.

Now the cpu is in slot 3 of the rack 0, and the backup of sinamics from hardware configuration, show me  slot 2 and I cannot change, how is possible?

I worked before with S7 online I should take the subnet ID, I never happened so trouble like this.

Do you have some tip more? because I will give up, I tryed a lot of things and I dont know it doesn't work, I spoke with the software guys here on site and according to them the software is correct because they compare with another plants.

How I was speaking with Mr Christoperp, (let me inform that he is a very good support tech) I am connecting in the drive by the profibus connection, I used before, the connection by the ethernet connection using PLC router, just asking the subnet ID, here in this site, I tryed to connect without success, I read the manual of "How do I go Online Simotion and Sinamics", without success.

I found a lot of solutions in this forum, Why I cannot relying in this forum to solve my problem?

Hi there;

I've just noticed that you are using the IF964 port, if you have tried everything suggested by Christof  maybe you should try it on a different port. I don't know if if964 supports routing. What you are trying to do I made it several times on site without problem with the native ports.

I tried to change the profibus connection, me and the software guy create a new hardware configuration just with the drives in the network and I changed the connection of port IF to X2 DP but even so it doesn't work. I worked with s120 before but was a CU 320 DP, and was easy to make the connection, I don't understand why here doesn't work, The Cu here is the CU 310 DP I dont know if this CU has support to S7 online, do you know?

Hi,

Yes it does, even Micromaster drives supports routing. Actually routing is not related to the drive but to the controller. Did you put the PC station to NetPro as Cristoph mantioned? I made the routing without it in PLC projects but it's a must on Simotion projects and it can help in your situation.

Try it like in the picture attached. And give your pc an ip adress and subnet mask in the same range with the plcs.
