Hi V, Here's what support sent us, they're working with the possibility of pcAnywhere disabling DCOM. That's not what happened in our case, since pcAnywhere had never been installed. Still, here it is, in case it may help you: Please check the following FAQ: >>http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/16640039 The FAQ descibres the software pcAnywhere which disables the DCOM Interface. There are other software packages that disable the DCOM Interface aswell. Restart the PC, download the *.reg file and execute it. After this step WinCC should work again. Best regards, Danielle |
