This could verry well be what happend to me, I deinstalled PCAnywhere and the Regedit entry was removed! But for your problem Danielle this probably don't explain anything! Vidar |

Are you using any anti-virus programs which are not approved by SIEMENS? Antiviruses |

DEAR PRASAD, No i hav't install any software even anti virus and pc hold fresh copy of windows.
