Compare Blocks option missing....

If You try co compare block in detail view Compare option disapears until next Step7 restart. PS. What is "Stardock" ??

Once the window is open I can switch to the detail view and perform the compare. Yeah, this worked but it is far from practical. And we have no Stardock fences installed. Hoping for a solution soon.
