I'm not after help this time but instead have something to give Attached is a sample menu structure that I think may prove useful to other LOGO programmers. Other examples can be found here /tf/WW/en/Posts/20977and there is a samplecalled "Control for 8 shutters with central control" located in the LOGO installation folder which also demonstrates theuse of a TD menu. Some examples use the shift register but this can often be put to far better use and I needed something a little more intuitive to the operator. Unfortunately the TD doesn't tell the LOGO what screen it is currently displaying and so I've not found a way to disable the cursor key topreventan operator from changing to the system menus, clock, i/o status etc. This is a minor annoyance but pressing F4 always returns the user back to the main menu. I did try using a timer tovery quicklyturn off the message and then turn it back on again but this caused the menu to change momentarily so opted against using this method. Anyway, I hope that this is useful to someone else and please shout up if you see a way of improving what I have done. Attached is a template menu structure and an example of its usage, the program is purely to demonstrate the menu and sub menus and just because I wanted to play with some of the functions I've not had chance to play with yet All the best, RandomCoder AttachmentLOGO TD MENU.zip (1017 Downloads) |
