AutoGen_7643076 Posts: 2 Rating: (1)	I had the same problem, it is apparently due to incompatible software, in my case Microwin. The fix I was given is to open Control Panel: Double click Administrative tools Double Click Services Find SIMATIC IPEG Help Service Right click and select properties: Set Startup type: to Disabled. Find S7DOS Help Service Right click and select properties: Set Startup type: to Automatic. .

nedaalizaheh Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	ChristophD Hello, you can try this: delete the Folder /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data (ProgramData is a hidden folder, you must enable the show hidden Folders option in Windows Explorer) Open a cmd Shell with adminstrator rights (cmd -> Run as Administrator) type s7epaIMP64x.exe in the Admin shell. In that error log is mentioned that is checking for a AMD processor? I have a HP Elitebook 8460p with Intel core i5 vPro. Could you please help me in this matter?
