you can try this:
delete the Folder /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data (ProgramData is a hidden folder, you must enable the show hidden Folders option in Windows Explorer)

Open a cmd Shell with adminstrator rights (cmd -> Run as Administrator)

type s7epaIMP64x.exe in the Admin shell.

i can't locate this in the directory Folder /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data.

running the code in cmd also is bringing error

I had the same problem, it is apparently due to incompatible software, in my case Microwin.
The fix I was given is to
open Control Panel:
Double click Administrative tools
Double Click Services
Find
SIMATIC IPEG Help Service
Right click and select properties: Set Startup type: to Disabled.
Find S7DOS Help Service
Right click and select properties: Set Startup type: to Automatic.

I followed your instruction (cmd s7epaIMP64x.exe) but the problem persist

by the way i use windows 7 , 64 bits

I saw all previous posts and try to solve the similar problem that PG/PC interface not exist, I mean on all drivers, due to advice for deleting than again activate S7epaIMP64x,exe file. in folder Program data/.../data I can see names of all drivers but there are not activated. I use S7V5.7 version of STep 7 on Windows 11 64x platform. I there any solution what to do and how to solve it. Thanks.
