PG/PC interfaces missing

I have tried lot of thing also reinstall but still the ADD/Remove or select protocol function are not visible

which Step7 Version?

in the newer versions the add/remove are no longer avaiable because the drivers are installed plug and play.

you can try this:
delete the Folder /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data (ProgramData is a hidden folder, you must enable the show hidden Folders option in Windows Explorer)

Open a cmd Shell with adminstrator rights (cmd -> Run as Administrator)

type s7epaIMP64x.exe in the Admin shell.

Hello everyone. -Solved-

I just had the same problem about the missing adapters in ALM and tryed the 7sepaIMP64x unsuccessfully. Look at MS Windows services.msc, maybe there are some of them stopped involved with Simatic and try to get them started. Reboot Windows if necesary and try again Simatic ALM. It worked fine for me and solved the problem.

To résolve this problème i install 'S7-200 PC Access SMART v2.3'.

now the problem is resolved and the pg/pc work perfectly.

i have the same situation you must installe 's7-200 pc access smart v2.3' for reinstalle the pg/pc and relaode the interface again.

it is work seccesfully.

For user with Windows 7 in Czech Language. 

- look to Folder "c:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Simatic OAM\data\LogDevices\"

- rename files - you must change Czech chars to English chars. Like on pictures.

- then you see your missing Interfaces.

If you have not files with your interfeces, you can use ChristophD's solution from 11/24/2014 10:18 AM and then rename file.

Hello,

on Windows7 the button Add/remove have no funtionality anymore.
The add/remove only available on WinXP, on Win7 the deives are installed via plug and play.

If you have run s7epaimp64x then there is a logfile in ProgramData/siemens/automation/logfiles, can you post it here?
Can you make a screenshot of you device manager with the listed network interfaces of your pc?

 I am also facing same problem but not solved as per above. No access point is showing in pg/pc interface and also no module is showing in add/remove interfaces. I am attaching log file and screenshot for reference. please support i am in a big trouble.

i can't locate this in the directory Folder /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data.

running the code in cmd also is bringing error
