My customer's having a problem about startup runtime. The problem started from the customer closed WinCC explorer, while the runtime is running. Thenafter he was trying to activate runtime again,WinCC try to activate for a while then goto deactivate automatically. I tried to resetWinCC byrunningfile ResetWinCC but the problem still the same. And also I had a look in folder diagnose. I foundWinCC tried to run but failed. However, I have not known the cauase of problem yet. Ihave attached the log file. Possibly anyone could help me to analyze theproblem. Thank you AttachmentDiagnose.zip (309 Downloads) |

Hi which WinCC version are you using??? For WinCC 6.2 there is a hotfix for core2-processors.... http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24740694? Have already tried to start WinCC e.g. without activating scripts, Alarms, reports, taglogging.... during startup (WinCC > Computer > properties > startup)? nemo |
